Hello guys! As the most knowledgeable of you know, Sunday, Dec. 7, the town council hall, there was the second annual competition for short films "STROLECA SHORT.
This year the track had to be to be inspired by the olive oil and food in general, given the combination of oil festival in the country.
This second edition has brought greater numbers of visitors, greater participation in the race, the more "quality" of the submitted videos .. and the beauty is that there are still plenty of room for improvement.
Of course, the competition could never be achieved without the fundamental contribution of Augustine Cecchini (briobris "on the web), which has worked hard to coordinate everything, thanks to him we could have a panel of high level , Rai made up of professionals that have much appreciated the commitment of the Council and the evocative setting of the council chamber.
But the best thing about this year's competition is the lifetime achievement award that was delivered (though the evening ended with projections) the son of Claudio Capone, the famous voice actor who died suddenly last June. We wanted to invite him to sit on the jury, but it was not possible but nothing has prevented us from remembering the same, to highlight the high quality of his work, which made famous programs such as The Discovery Channel, Ulysses, or Passage North West. It was his intelligent reading to make us fall in love with her voice, known to everyone, not just for the documentaries, but also for the many actors dubbed. His contribution to television was huge, although behind the scenes, so the median of thrust, and with their continuing work in the shadows and make a great team.
