Italian in Windows Server 2008 Error

Windows Server 2008 is not available in Italian. Microsoft provides Language Packs to install the required language, as happens in Windows Vista Ultimate. The language packs are downloaded from the Microsoft site in an image IMG, which contains folders for groups of languages \u200b\u200blisted on the site: for example, the file that contains the Italian is the number 4 and the group of belonging is 3.
Microsoft shows guide integrate language pack installation DVD of Windows Server, but the vast majority of server installations of small we will need to install the additional language in a facility already in operation.
To do this just type in Start \\ Run ... command lpksetup , indicate the location of the file we need Lp.cab (extracted in advance by IMG) and the installation proceeds automatically. After you run the logon again, here is the interface of Windows Server in your language.

Sysfader

may happen that using Internet Explorer 7 will run into an annoying error running the program that forces you to finish it. The error is more or less like this:
SysFader: iexplorer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x300a2074" referenced memory at "0x05b3de24. The memory could not be "read".
The error occurs both in IE7, is closing it, and when you're starting a download, and outside of IE, eg. in Firefox. The documentation on the Internet is very varied and often proposed solutions do not solve the problem. Here are three tips to fix it permanently instead:

1. disable Enable transition from the page in IE7 Tools / Internet Options / Advanced, and then restart IE;
2. set "Adjust for best performance" from Control Panel / System / Advanced / Performance;
3. (most important) disable all plugins for IE7 to SharePoint from Tools / Internet Options / Add-Ons. The error of fact sysfader happens when there is a version conflict between v11 and v12 Office installed on the same machine (even if only some Office components are installed, no need to complete installation).

Stroleca Short Edition II

Hello guys! As the most knowledgeable of you know, Sunday, Dec. 7, the town council hall, there was the second annual competition for short films "STROLECA SHORT.

This year the track had to be to be inspired by the olive oil and food in general, given the combination of oil festival in the country.

This second edition has brought greater numbers of visitors, greater participation in the race, the more "quality" of the submitted videos .. and the beauty is that there are still plenty of room for improvement.

Of course, the competition could never be achieved without the fundamental contribution of Augustine Cecchini (briobris "on the web), which has worked hard to coordinate everything, thanks to him we could have a panel of high level , Rai made up of professionals that have much appreciated the commitment of the Council and the evocative setting of the council chamber.

But the best thing about this year's competition is the lifetime achievement award that was delivered (though the evening ended with projections) the son of Claudio Capone, the famous voice actor who died suddenly last June. We wanted to invite him to sit on the jury, but it was not possible but nothing has prevented us from remembering the same, to highlight the high quality of his work, which made famous programs such as The Discovery Channel, Ulysses, or Passage North West. It was his intelligent reading to make us fall in love with her voice, known to everyone, not just for the documentaries, but also for the many actors dubbed. His contribution to television was huge, although behind the scenes, so the median of thrust, and with their continuing work in the shadows and make a great team.

short, Two things became clear: first, that next year there will be STROLECA SHORT, and more beautiful as the first and the second is that the director Vincenzo (myself) will never have a career as a presenter!
