Linux Terminal Services

order to access Linux from Windows Xming recommend the tool, which allows the connection via XDMCP and SSH GUI for Linux (ports 177 and 22 respectively). Installation of Linux must be enabled access (in Gnome you can do so by the panel "Login Window") and must be installed an SSH server, especially if one wishes to run remote applications as a local Windows box. Try it, very comfortable and easy: the use of network bandwidth is high (about 5 times a RDP) but the display does not suffer the typical Windows slowdown RD. Eg. in Ubuntu, using the login manager GDM (Gnome), there may be some problem if the same machine also coexists KDE4 (Kubuntu instead of typical). On the Windows side, an unsolved problem is that the user name when logging is displayed with the shot, as the password. One possible solution is to install Windows in the server certificate SSH.
